1. Who we are

EENSAN is a seller on Amazon.eg. The "EENSAN Ads API Tool" (the "Tool") is a private, internal application that we built to manage our own advertising account. It is not offered, sold or made available to any other advertiser, seller or third party.

2. What data the Tool accesses

When we authorize the Tool through Login with Amazon, it accesses only our own Amazon Ads account data through the Amazon Ads API, including:

• Advertising profiles and account information
• Campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, targets, bids and budgets
• Advertising performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, sales and similar metrics)

The Tool does not request or process personal information about Amazon customers (buyers).

3. How we use the data

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our own advertising campaigns
• Adjusting our own bids, budgets, keywords and campaign settings
• Generating internal reports and alerts for our team

4. AI processing

We use AI assistants (such as Anthropic's Claude) to help analyze our advertising data and suggest or carry out changes to our own campaigns. Data sent to these services is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and is used only to perform the requested analysis for us.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Amazon advertising data with any third party, except the AI service providers described in section 4 acting on our behalf.

6. Storage and security

• API credentials and tokens are stored in secure, private configuration files and are never published or committed to public code repositories.
• All communication with Amazon and other services uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Access to the Tool and its data is restricted to authorized members of our team, protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
• Any security incident involving Amazon information will be reported to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection.

7. Data retention

We keep advertising data only as long as needed for our own reporting and analysis, and delete it when it is no longer required. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Amazon account settings, after which the Tool can no longer access any data.
